We are looking for Field Interviewers to join our team for ongoing market research projects.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who have:

✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Ability to speak any of the following languages (highly preferred):
Hindi, Urdu, Bengali
✔ Familiarity with multicultural communities in Bahrain
✔ A positive attitude and professional work ethic
✔ Willingness to conduct surveys in malls, outdoor locations, and via phone
✔ Ability to work full-time or project-based shifts

💼 Job Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews

Follow the project script and guidelines accurately

Record answers clearly and professionally

Meet daily productivity targets

Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
