Job Responsibilities

Platform, office 365 and AWS cloud.
• Systems Administrators with more than 2 years of experience in Microsoft platform, office 365 and AWS cloud.
• Responsible for servers’ administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.
• Managing virtualization technologies and storage systems.
• Design and implement new system environment.
• Implementing backup.
• Monitoring and optimizing database performance.
• Maintaining documentation of Servers & database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Keep track of software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
• Generating and maintaining KPI reports for Server and Databases and maintain100% Application & system availability.
• IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
• AWS engineer Certified,
• Microsoft platform & Office 365 Administrator Certified
• Should be able to effectively communicate in English and Arabic (both written and verbal)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, related field
• At least 3 years of experience as system admin on Microsoft platform and AWS clouding
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems, Asset Tracking and Recording, Procurement and Acquisition, Inventory Audits and Reconciliation, Documentation and Reporting.
• Professional certification on Microsoft platform and AWS clouding
