Description

Responsibilities:

Visit companies regularly to introduce and promote our manpower supply services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, project managers, and decision-makers.

Identify client manpower requirements and propose suitable workers from our available categories.

Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions for manpower supply agreements.

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely worker mobilization.

Maintain accurate records of client meetings, inquiries, and sales progress.

Experience & Skills:

Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in manpower supply / recruitment / contracting.

Strong network and connections with companies in Bahrain (or the local market).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand manpower categories such as welders, scaffolders, technicians, helpers, Cleaners etc.

Must be able to work independently, meet clients, and secure agreements.

Knowledge of PO, contracts, LMRA processes (preferred).

Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
