Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic baristas to be the face of our new specialty coffee shop!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Greet and interact with customers warmly

• Handle POS transactions accurately


Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista

• Good communication and team skills

• Attention to detail and consistency

• Knowledge of latte art is a plus!


Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time
Location: Bahrain


We are hiring friendly and energetic service staff to join our coffee shop team. If you love creating positive customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests efficiently

• Take orders and handle basic food/beverage service

• Keep tables and service areas clean

• Support team in daily operations


Requirements:

Prior experience in a caf?/restaurant setting preferred

Polite, professional, and well-groomed

Able to multitask and work under pressure

Must speak English; Arabic is a bonus



Store In-Charge – Full-Time
Location: Bahrain


We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Store In-Charge to lead operations at our upscale cutlery and lifestyle shop, which includes a cozy coffee corner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and sales performance

• Manage stock, inventory, and product displays

• Train and supervise team members

• Handle customer queries and ensure top-tier service

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail/store management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of premium cutlery, tableware, or home goods is an advantage

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)


Sales Associate – Full-Time
Location: Bahrain

We’re looking for friendly and creative sales associates who are passionate about Tableware products and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases

• Organize shelves and maintain product displays

• Process sales via POS system

• Help with in-store events, gift packing, and customer queries


Plus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):
• Gift wrapping skills
• Flower bouquet making experience

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Presentable and polite demeanor
