Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Office Assistant to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should be efficient, well-organized, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily incoming and outgoing phone calls

Manage email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Assist with general office administrative tasks

Prepare documents such as PR, PO, and Delivery Notes through ERP software

Coordinate with internal teams and provide necessary support

Maintain records and ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of computer applications and office tools

Ability to work with ERP systems for creating PR, PO, and Delivery Notes

Professional attitude and strong organizational skills
