We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and fit-out works.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out projects
• Strong technical knowledge of site execution and project coordination
• Good understanding of bidding and tendering procedures
• Ability to prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ready to join immediately (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction and fit-out activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare bids, quotations, and technical documents
• Ensure work progress and quality as per project requirements
• Handle project plan efficiently
