We are looking for Front desk executive staff Male and Female (Local transfer only) for a five star hotel minimum 3 years experience in the same required.
Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.
Maintain a professional, warm, and polished guest experience at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for smooth operations.
Manage payments, billing, and guest records accurately.
Address guest concerns promptly and ensure high service standards.
