The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to create compelling and effective visual content across various platforms. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives and brand strategies into high-quality design assets that resonate with our local and regional audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who understands the cultural nuances of the Bahraini market.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and presentations.
* Develop and maintain the visual consistency of our brand identity across all channels, adhering to established brand guidelines.
* Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and occasional event signage.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
* Stay up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies, as well as current design trends, especially those relevant to the GCC/MENA region.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (prefered).
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
* Expert proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of design skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable and a significant advantage for understanding local market needs.
* Must be legally eligible to work in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
