Looking for an IT technician.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.

- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.

- Monitor and maintain network connectivity and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.

- Maintain IT inventory records and ensure proper documentation.

- Assist in setting up new user accounts and access permissions.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and software licensing.
