Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting, bending, and assembling steel reinforcement bars (rebar) to support concrete structures in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Cut, bend, and assemble steel reinforcement bars according to specifications

Ensure proper placement of rebar in concrete structures

Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project deadlines

Follow all safety regulations and company policies on-site

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Steel Fixer in construction projects

Knowledge of safety procedures and construction site regulations

Ability to work in a team and under supervision

Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various conditions
