Job Summary:
A Shuttering Carpenter is responsible for preparing, assembling, and installing formwork to shape concrete structures in line with project specifications. The role requires precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

Construct, assemble, and dismantle formwork for slabs, beams, columns, and walls

Ensure formwork is properly aligned and secured

Collaborate with other team members to meet project schedules

Follow all safety regulations and company policies on-site

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter

Knowledge of construction site safety procedures

Ability to work in a team and under supervision

Physical stamina to perform manual labor
