Machine Operator – Signage Industry

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–2 years in signage industry

We are looking for a Machine Operator with experience in the signage or large format printing industry, particularly for hotel and commercial signage production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating various machines used in signage fabrication and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC router, laser cutting machine, vinyl plotter, and large format printers

Prepare materials and load designs as per production specifications

Perform cutting, engraving, printing, and finishing tasks with high precision

Ensure quality control of finished signage products

Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment

Coordinate with the design and installation teams for project timelines

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience operating signage production machinery

Basic knowledge of file formats and RIP software.

Familiarity with signage materials like acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, foam board, etc.

Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings

Physically fit and able to handle materials and tools

Team player with a positive work attitude
