About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across Bahrain’s corporate sectors. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management, particularly within the Bahraini market.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives targeting banks, telecom providers, IT firms, universities, and government entities

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Identify market trends and opportunities to expand service offerings

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs

Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and performance reports to stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the Bahrain market

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
