About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across Bahrain’s corporate sectors. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management, particularly within the Bahraini market.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development initiatives targeting banks, telecom providers, IT firms, universities, and government entities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand service offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and performance reports to stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the Bahrain market
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
