Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Conduct keyword research focused on construction-related terms (e.g., civil contractors, commercial construction, infrastructure projects, residential builders).

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and images for search engines.

Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including backlink building and internal linking strategies.

Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawl errors) and implement fixes.

Track and report on SEO performance and rankings.

2. SEM / Paid Advertising

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and social media channels.

Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and targeting for maximum ROI.

Track CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

Perform A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve performance.

Manage SEM budgets effectively, ensuring measurable lead generation.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and industry trends.

4. Content & Collaboration

Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blogs, project case studies, and service pages.

Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied to website architecture.

Support marketing campaigns for new projects, tenders, or services.

5. Industry & Market Research

Stay updated with construction industry trends, new tools, and search engine algorithm updates.

Identify gaps in digital presence and suggest improvements for online visibility.
