Description

Key Responsibilities -

Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Set up user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in accordance with company policies.

Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet access at office and site locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, software malfunctions, and connectivity issues.

Support construction site offices with IT equipment setup and configuration.

Maintain asset inventory of all IT hardware and software licenses.

Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.
