Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills who can create a positive and lasting first impression for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Candidate must be locally available and have an active working permit which is transferrable.
2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred, but not always essential for entry-level).
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, multi-line phone systems).
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
5.A professional attitude and appearance, with strong customer service skills.
6. Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and calm when issues or high-pressure situations arise.
