Description

Our Spa is seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our wellness team. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, procurement, record-keeping, and general office management.

Responsibilities:

Book meetings and schedule appointments for clients.
Coordinate and plan company events and meetings
Procurement and Inventory:
Order and maintain inventory of spa supplies and stationery
Record-Keeping and Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital)
Update and maintain internal databases
Organize and maintain a filing system for customer and partner information
Office Management:
Organize, store, and print company documents as needed
Answer and redirect phone calls


Salary: BD 200 - BD 250
Timings Saturday to Thursday 10am - 8 pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm (1 day weekly off)
