Description

We are hiring a talented Quality Controller to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with management to set and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for products and materials.
- Ensure all products meet company, industry, and customer quality requirements.
- Conduct quality checks for incoming materials and throughout all production stages.
- Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports.
- Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and performance.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and quality enhancement.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control practices.
- Handle customer complaints and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Prepare product samples and mock samples for customers following set standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and visits to improve vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support quality-related requirements.

Qualification Required :

- Prior experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment
- Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
