We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-prepared before guests arrive.
Handle billing and payment processes correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Language: Must be able to communicate in Malayalam and Hindi.
Preference: Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, positive attitude, and good teamwork abilities.
