Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Purchase Officer (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors for local and international purchases
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
- Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
- Make new production requests & Production management and follow up with the Workshop
- Coordinating with the delivery person for timely delivery and following up on delays or orders that have been canceled/Rescheduled.
- Material quantity check, Regulating conduction with Material Transfer and material reorder
- Transfer with auto material, Transfer follow-up
- Ensuring all stocks are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location promptly
- Inspecting stocks and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
- Follow up on late orders that have not been received and communicate with the customer to receive their items
