Position: Sales Agent (B2B2C)

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell travel products and services to B2B and B2C clients.

Manage customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and travel guidance.

Coordinate bookings, documentation, and client support.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, travel, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Comfortable using online platforms and virtual communication tools.
