Description

We are looking for a Maintenance In-Charge person to take care of all maintenance works.

The job includes handling maintenance for apartments, stores, offices, and company vehicles.

Main duties:

• Arrange and follow up on all repair and maintenance jobs.
• Check and fix any issues in buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
• Supervise maintenance staff or outside workers when needed.
• Keep records of work done and materials used.
• Make sure all properties are in good and safe condition.

Requirements:

• Experience in general maintenance or a similar job.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
• Able to organize and follow up on jobs independently.
• Bahraini active Driving license (vehicle will be provided by us).
