Job Opportunity – Ticketing Reservation Officer
Bavaria Travel & Tourism – Bahrain

We are looking for a Ticketing Reservation Officer to join our professional team in Seef, Bahrain.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in airline bookings, and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and reissues.
• Manage cancellations, refunds, and fare adjustments.
• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries.
• Work with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Communicate effectively with clients and travel partners.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Bahraini nationality preferred (or expatriate with experience in GCC).
