Position 1: Visual Merchandiser
Responsibilities:

Create and implement eye-catching in-store displays that highlight product features and reflect brand identity.
Plan seasonal layouts, window concepts, and promotional setups.
Maintain store visual standards, ensuring displays are well-organized, attractive, and on-brand.
Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to execute merchandising strategies.
Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to optimize visual presentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser (preferably in home d?cor, lifestyle, or tableware retail).
Strong creativity and sense of design, color coordination, and detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


Position 2: Sales Associate
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
Assist customers in choosing products and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and displays.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support the store team in achieving sales targets and maintaining visual standards.

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience (preferably in tableware, home d?cor, or lifestyle products).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
