Position: Salesman
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking
• Promote and sell cleaning and maintenance services to potential clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, service-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Position: Operation Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance operations
• Inspect job sites to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Assign tasks and manage schedules for cleaning staff
• Train new team members and provide on-the-job coaching
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or facilities supervision role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required)

Position: Cleaner
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning materials safely.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Excellent time management skills.
