Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the management and team.
2. Organize office supplies and manage inventory.
3.Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
4. Maintain and organize office files (physical and digital).
5. Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense reporting.
6. Prepare documents, and reports.
7. Perform general office tasks including photocopying, filing, quotation and data entry.


Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong English and Hindi language, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of office management and accounting procedures
