Responsibilities:

Monitor and control hotel operating costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and variance analyses.

Track food, beverage, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Verify and analyze purchase orders, supplier invoices, and inventory usage.

Coordinate with the Finance, Procurement, and F&B departments for cost efficiency.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Maintain cost control procedures in compliance with hotel financial policies.

Support month-end and year-end closing related to cost data.
