We are looking for an experienced Grill Chef with strong knowledge in Arabic & international BBQ dishes, meat marination, and menu development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in BBQ or charcoal grill restaurants

Expertise in meat and chicken marination & portioning

Ability to develop creative grill menu items

Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)

Team player, hardworking, and consistent in taste

Responsibilities:

Handle daily grill operations (charcoal & gas)

Prepare signature marinades and sauces

Maintain food quality and consistency

Assist in new menu creation and cost control
