Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Barista to join our team. The
ideal candidate is a skilled coffee professional with exceptional customer service and
organizational abilities, capable of leading by example and maintaining high standards of
quality, presentation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve all coffee and beverage items to hight quality standards.
• Deliver warm, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Supervise and support daily café operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Train and guide baristas and service staff.
• Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Ensure consistency, workflow efficiency, and attention to detail.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years of barista experience in a high-quality or specialty café.
• Excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership mindset and ability to train and motivate a team.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
