Job Responsibilities- Restaurant Manager
Staff and operations management
• Create staff schedules, train new hires, and evaluate performance.
• Supervise daily operations, assign sections, and ensure smooth service.
• Resolve conflicts between staff members and provide leadership.
• Motivate staff and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Financial and inventory management
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and report on revenues and costs.
• Handle inventory levels, order supplies, and work with vendors.
• Implement strategies to control costs and increase profitability.
Customer service and marketing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and soliciting feedback.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high food quality.
Compliance and safety
• Ensure the restaurant follows all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Follow company policies for cash, equipment, and property.
