We are a growing chain of small restaurants with four branches located in Salmania, Riffa, Zallaq, and Galali. We are looking for a Restaurant / Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between all branches.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Visiting and supervising all four branches on a regular basis

Monitoring sales performance and ensuring achievement of targets

Coordinating with the operations team to maintain consistency and quality

Supporting staff performance and resolving day-to-day operational issues


Requirements:

Experience in restaurant or food service supervision

Strong leadership and communication skills
