Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong industry connections and a proven track record of driving sales in the entertainment, nightlife, or hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their network to secure projects and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in clubs, lounges, hotels, and entertainment venues

Leverage existing client network and relationships to drive revenue growth

Position our company as a leading provider of entertainment technology turnkey solutions

Work closely with technical teams to design tailored proposals that meet client requirements

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in sales/business development within entertainment, AV, or hospitality industries

Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in the entertainment sector (clubs, lounges, hotels, event organizers)

Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
