Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote manpower supply services.

Build brand awareness through digital and offline channels (social media, SEO, email, print, trade shows, etc.).

Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and performance marketing.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Manage and optimize company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.

Coordinate the creation of marketing content (brochures, case studies, presentations, etc.).

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

Build partnerships with recruitment platforms and industry associations.

Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in marketing, ideally in staffing/recruitment, B2B services, or HR-related sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO).

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Nice to Have:

Experience in the GCC or Bahrain manpower market.

Knowledge of labor law and recruitment trends.

Multilingual skills (especially English, Arabic, Hindi, or others based on your region).
