Job Description

• Installation & Commissioning Install PAC units, refrigerant piping, ducting, condensate drains, and electrical connections.
• Assist in commissioning, testing, and balancing of PAC systems. Follow manufacturer guidelines and project specifications during installation.
• Operation & Maintenance Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of PAC systems.
• Monitor system performance (temperature, humidity, airflow) and adjust as required. Troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, fans, filters, sensors, and control boards.
• Technical Support Assist senior foreman/engineer in fault diagnosis and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts and warranty support. Support integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) when required.
• Quality & Safety Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company and site safety standards. Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and logbooks for PAC systems.
• Report potential risks or failures proactively to supervisors.

Competency Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems. Good communication and teamwork ability.
• Safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
