Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shops.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise shop staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality

Handle procurement and maintain relationships with suppliers

Monitor stock levels, budgets, and overall shop performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards


Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (mandatory)

Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a caf? or hospitality setting

Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and caf? operations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Arabic speaking is an advantage
