We are seeking a passionate and skilled Italian Cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with authentic Italian dishes, a strong understanding of fresh ingredients, and a love for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, and antipasti.

Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portioning of all menu items.

Maintain proper mise en place and kitchen organization during service.

Follow standard recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance the menu.

Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an Italian restaurant or similar casual-upscale concept.

Knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.

Team player with a strong work ethic and communication skills.

Flexibility with shifts and peak hours.
