Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with regulatory standards

Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes

Handle payroll data, timekeeping, licensing renewals, and employee records

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital standards

Assist with HR reporting, employee queries, and day-to-day HR operations

Coordinate with local authorities and contribute to a positive work environment

Support training, employee orientation, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources or CIPD qualification preferred

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

Strong knowledge of NHRA & LMRA regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
