URGENT HIRING for PLUMBER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLUMBER to ensure the continuous and safe operation of all water, sanitary, and drainage systems within our hypermarket and building facilities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems in commercial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and fixture malfunctions (toilets, sinks, industrial appliances).
• Work with various piping materials (PVC, copper, PEX) for both repair and new installations.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on water supply lines, drainage, and hot water systems.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local and national building and safety codes.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to determine system layout.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls to minimize water damage and operational downtime.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks, including working in tight spaces or elevated areas

Qualifications and Skills
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Plumber in a commercial environment (shopping malls, large retail stores, hotels, or industrial facilities is highly preferred).
• Technical: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Advantage: Understanding of commercial sewage, waste systems, and grease trap maintenance is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight or elevated spaces as required.
