URGENT HIRING: Building Electrician (Maintenance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Electrician to ensure the continuous and safe operation of all electrical facilities and equipment within our hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power, lighting, and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical systems, equipment, and components using testing devices.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety codes and standards.
• Manage and maintain wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Provide electrical support and troubleshooting for critical equipment like chillers, refrigeration units, and HVAC controls.
• Work from schematics and blueprints to determine the location and connection of wiring and equipment.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks, including working from ladders or in elevated spaces.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician in a commercial environment (shopping malls, large retail stores, hotels, or industrial facilities is highly preferred).
• Technical: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Advantage: Familiarity with standard maintenance of commercial refrigeration is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders as required.
