We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in Bahrain for the position of HR Executive. If you have solid HR experience within the GCC and are ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity.

???? Location: Bahrain
???? Joining Timeline: Within 1 Month
???? Preference: Candidates with GCC experience or GCC repatriates

???? Role:
HR Executive (Client-Side Placement)

???? Experience Required:
Minimum 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably within the GCC region

???? Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA in Human Resources or equivalent

???? Key Areas of Expertise:
- End-to-end HR functions: Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations
- Proven experience in sourcing talent from IT industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
