Description

We're looking for an IT professional to join our team in a crucial hybrid role as a Junior Developer Cum IT Administrator. This position is perfect for someone who can effortlessly bridge the gap between software creation and system maintenance, while also assisting with key daily operational and administrative duties.

Support Development team on Daily basis whenever required.

System Integration: Work to integrate various internal and external systems and APIs.

Technical Support: Collaborate with team leads on project specifications and technical feasibility.

System Management: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and security systems.

User Support: Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for all employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Assist with essential administrative tasks, such as managing software licenses, vendor communications, and inventory tracking for IT assets.

Documentation: Maintain clear and current documentation for all IT systems and development projects.

**Requirements:**

-Diploma or Degree in IT or any similar
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional Appearance and attitude
