Receptionist & Office Administrator

Job Description:
The employee will be responsible for welcoming clients at the company, receiving their requests, and forwarding them to the pricing officer.
She will handle phone calls, respond to emails, and receive new orders through different communication channels.
Her duties also include organizing and tracking delivery schedules for quotations and completed jobs, following up with concerned staff, and ensuring timely delivery.
Additionally, she will perform administrative and organizational tasks such as preparing data lists, making calls, and following up on job deliveries to clients.
She will also handle company-related procedures with government entities, including the processing of official documents.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong email communication skills.

Must be a Filipina female currently residing in Bahrain and able to transfer sponsorship.

Professional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
