Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating exceptional coffee and beverage experiences, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical coffee-making skills, creativity, and a warm, professional personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and other caf? tools to ensure smooth daily operations.
Uphold caf? standards for cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across the bar, seating areas, and workstations.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock and notify management of shortages.
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values and enhances the customer experience.
Stay updated on coffee trends, latte art techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse customers.
Attention to detail, high energy, and strong multitasking abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
Passion for coffee culture and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Preferred:

Certification in barista training or specialty coffee courses.
Basic knowledge of caf? management, POS systems, and food safety standards.

Work Environment:
This role involves standing for extended periods, handling hot beverages, and working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
