We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Project Manager to lead business development initiatives and manage ongoing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with technical project management expertise to drive company growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out market.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to deliver projects successfully.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules.

Report progress and financial performance directly to management.



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, joinery, and project costing.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.



Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary

Commission Based on confirmed project sales.

Profit Share Eligible for company profit-sharing program
