Description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our China-to-Bahrain cargo operations.
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and professional handling of all cargo-related inquiries. Your role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to cargo shipments from China
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely updates
- Resolve issues and provide support throughout the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service (logistics/trading preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Based in Bahrain with knowledge of local business practices
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Arabic is a plus
