Job Title: Warehouse Labor

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Laborers. The ideal candidates will assist in various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspecting Goods:

Assist in the unloading of incoming shipments and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
Verify received items against purchase orders and report any issues to supervisors.
Inventory Management:

Help with organizing and storing products in designated locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
Order Fulfillment:

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
Prepare and label packages for delivery.
Material Handling:

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols (if certified).
Move materials and products throughout the warehouse as needed.
Housekeeping:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas.
Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive environment is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) and stand for long periods.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures and conditions based on warehouse environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
