Description

We are a well-established construction firm in Bahrain, recognized for delivering quality-driven high-rise and large-scale building projects. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for skilled Civil and MEP Draftsmen to join our technical team and contribute to the successful execution of upcoming projects.

Role Responsibilities
Develop and update detailed civil and MEP drawings in accordance with project requirements

Translate architectural and engineering concepts into precise technical drafts

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy and coordination of drawings

Revise and update drawings based on site modifications or client instructions

Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, technical standards, and quality guidelines

Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built documentation, and technical submittals

Organize and manage drawing files with appropriate version control and documentation

Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of drafting experience, preferably in high-rise construction within the GCC

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software

Sound knowledge of civil and MEP systems, construction practices, and detailing

Ability to interpret and develop coordinated drawings from engineering documents

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

Familiarity with Bahrain construction regulations will be an added advantage
