Description

We are seeking an experienced Female Receptionist to join our team at our luxury hotel apartments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued guests and must deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Previous 2 years experience as a receptionist/front office associate in free hold / luxury hotels or serviced apartments.
Bilingual (English & Arabic) – both spoken and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
Ability to handle guest inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservations efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and payments.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide information about services and facilities.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure smooth communication between departments.
