Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for our digital marketing software. The ideal candidate is a proactive female professional with a passion for sales and technology, capable of building strong client relationships and exceeding targets. This is a field-based role requiring travel within [region/city – e.g., major urban areas], with a preference for candidates holding a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our digital marketing software.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas, with a focus on recurring revenue from subscriptions.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and competitor offerings to provide consultative selling.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC, content strategy) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, email automation) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment and handle rejection resiliently.
